We currently have 5,000 square meters of modern standard clean workshops and 300 square meters of Class 10,000 dust-free workshops, equipped with 2 high-speed strip screen module production lines, 2 strip screen complete machine production lines, and 3 professional precision cutting equipment (8 inches - 120 inches) , including a batch of advanced automated production and professional testing equipment such as glass cutting machines, sealing machines, and polarizing cutting machines, using ERP material management systems and MES production management systems, with a designed monthly production capacity of more than 8,000 units.
Quality achievements
Last year, we completed a total of 6,849 batches of incoming materials inspection, and 6,555 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 95.7%, exceeding the 0.7% pass rate of peers; we completed product inspections for 26,682 units, with a pass rate of 98%; for glass development 207 inspections have been conducted in experiments and mass production reliability experiments.
